Looking for a class that mixes things up and keeps you moving? Body Burn is a new addition to our weekly schedule - a fun, all-levels workout that combines different training styles to help you build strength, improve your fitness, and feel great. Each session includes a mix of: • Balance - improve stability and control • Boxing - unleash stress and boost cardio • Core - build strength from your centre • HIIT - burn calories with high-intensity intervals • Weights - sculpt and tone with strength and resistance work It’s a well-rounded session that’s challenging and fun! Every class is a little different to keep things interesting. Whether you're new to exercise or just want something fresh in your routine, Body Burn is a great way to keep you moving and feeling good.
Umbuchung & Kündigung
Please ALWAYS bring water and a towel to your sessions. If there are ANY CHANGES in your health and you fail to notify our instructors, we will not be accountable should you fall ill/suffer injury. For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. If you do not notify us, YOU WILL BE CHARGED the cost of the session. We will send you an invoice for the cost of the session which is to be paid within 7 days of issue. If you fail to notify us of cancelling more than three times, we will stop you from booking classes for the remainder of your membership (month).
