Who is this for? This workshop is for all levels! Whether you can only see your toes or can comfortably touch them, this workshop is designed for anyone who wants to improve their flexibility using evidence-based methods and proper techniques. Workshop Outline: This workshop is presented in 3 main parts to give you a complete understanding of modern flexibility training. First, a 30-minute theoretical component with everything you need to know about the physiology of flexibility training. Then, 90 minutes of methodology, where you practice all methods and gain a good understanding of how they work on your body. And last but not least, 60 minutes of specific flexibility training with before and after measurements, so you can see the results right away. The workshop is £50 and can be paid online or in person. Who is teaching? Yiannis is a professional coach who specializes in flexibility training, holding a Bachelor's degree in Sports Science and a Master's degree in Human Performance and Health. He has dedicated almost a decade to researching flexibility training and practicing every known method. After years of research, he created the Range Optimization System (ROS), which is regarded as the most evidence-based flexibility training system available. Today, he shares the knowledge he gained on his journey with people all around the world, through his engaging and interactive workshops.
